ReeFi P650 Display Tank powered by Duo Extremes and Uno 2.0 Pros in 4K Been using three uno 2.0 pro's over my 150 60" tank for 10 months now. Couldn't be happier with the lights and the support. Extremely good quality build.
I would go with 2 if you plan on filling up the tank with coral as the Uno 2.0 doesnt have the best spread and a single unit will give a lot of shadows.
